Land Based Activities & Tours – St. Thomas
IMI invites your clients aboard our air-conditioned vans and open-air “safari buses” for excursions around our islands with stops at our top attractions. Our amiable, informative drivers keep everyone well informed with a running commentary on our history, culture, folklore and contemporary lifestyle.
The following are the most popular activities groups elect to incorporate into their programs. These are all planned and delivered exclusively for your group. The assumption is the company is sponsoring (paying for) the activities. The per person price is based on a minimum participation. For the most part, this minimum is low and therefore easily attainable for most groups. This minimum is noted.

Shop till ya Drop…Shopping in Charlotte Amalie
The historic town of Charlotte Amalie is the capital of the US Virgin Islands. Its history as a major trading port dates back to the 1600’s. The very buildings that were warehouses for goods being traded between the colonies, the Caribbean, and Europe, now house some of the finest shops in the Caribbean. Today, Charlotte Amalie is one of the most popular cruise ship ports in the world, because of the outstanding duty and tax free shopping it offers. Excellent “deals” abound in all types of jewelry, watches, crystal, china, perfumes and liquor. In addition there are fine art galleries as well as great restaurants for lunch. And yes, there are many shops and booths that offer the “trinkets” of the islands that all tourists love.
