Island Meetings & Incentives (IMI), founded in 1988, is the Virgin Islands leading destination management company (DMC), whose sole focus is helping groups plan and deliver a flawless, memorable experience while visiting the islands. Combined, our team of professionals brings over 70 years of experience in the destination management, event planning and hospitality industries. With this high level of experience comes the knowledge of how to make things happen, the understanding of the importance of quality, and the ability to deliver above and beyond expectations.

From airport transfers, to a sailing adventure in the British Virgin Islands, from an elegant dinner at a private estate, to a golf tournament, we are here to organize and manage the entire program.  We work very closely with our hotel partners on the islands and our travel planner partners on the mainland to help ensure a smooth process from conception to delivery.
